In January 2009, the work permits of 88,787  migrants from Cambodia, Burma, Lao whose work permit will expire. Therefore the Department of Employment requests employers of these workers to extend the work permits and to prepare the necessary documents:

1. The old work permit (pink card) or the receipt for the registration of the work permit
2. Medical certificate or receipt for medical check up and insurance
3. Form of Dor Thor 13
4. In the case where the employer does not go in person, s/he must fill in and have stamped the handover of power form and also bring a copy of the ID card of the person accepting the power of attorney
