Hundreds of Burmese civil servants were forced to vote in favour of new constitution during their advance voting before May 10 referendum.
According to witnesses, about 700 civil servants from the Ministry of Electric Power-2's Rangoon office were forced to vote yes in front of the local referendum officials.
In Nay Pyi Daw, employees were instructed to vote in favour of constitution at the forthcoming referendum by the Ministers.
